TWO STEPS FOR TEXTING SETUP: REGISTRATION AND NUMBER HOSTING/ASSIGNMENT
(Canadian and other international offices are exempt from the Registration step)

Registration

Due to government mandates for businesses and texting, we are required to register your business with the government. The purpose of the registration is to eliminate spam texts.

By registering you, you are verified as a business and carriers know that the messages sent from your text number are valid. For unregistered businesses, text messages will be blocked from sending.

During the registration process, a vetting of your website is done. There are 3 elements that are required:

• Privacy Policy
• Terms of Service
• Opt-in language for any intake form that collects a phone number

Please contact your website company and have these elements added and/or modified as soon as possible. lubenda.com is also a great resource to help with the creation of these items, if needed.
